We are offering extended Christmas returns, which applies to Black Friday offers. Purchases made between 12th November 2024 and 1st January 2025 can be returned up until 15th January 2025. Purchases made from 2nd January 2025 onwards will have 14 days to return.
Yes! You will be able to exchange your items purchased in our black Friday sale. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item.
Unfortunately promotions and discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
Yes, you can still use your gift card during our sale! Please note though that any refunds made from orders purchased with a gift card will be equivalent to the price paid during the sale.
