How to Process a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Register your return on our portal here
  2. Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return along with the reason for the return.
  4. Choose whether you’d like to return or receive store credit for your item(s).
  5. Select the shipping method and choose whether you want to print the label or use the QR Code & take your order to be shipped!

Returns Policy 

We kindly ask that all products are returned to us in their original condition – new and unused. Items may not be refundable if they are not returned in the same condition they were delivered in. Please note, this means no make up, fake tan, deodorant marks, accidental spills, or snags.

We will provide you with a returns label and this amount will be deducted from your original refund amount to cover postage and processing.

You have 14 days to return your item from your delivery date. 

For returns coming from outside of the UK, please be aware custom fees may be due and may vary depending on the country. 

Bridesmaid Dress Returns Policy 

Please note a returns processing fee of £2 per dress will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover the handling costs and care & attention needed when processing bridesmaid dresses. 

Before you try on Bridesmaid Dresses

The material of our bridesmaid dresses is unbelievable quality, giving that gorgeous look and finish. This does mean however that the material is delicate, we suggest you consider anything that could transfer onto the fabric such as make up, fake tan, deodorant, heavy perfume, body oils, etc. We also please ask that you remove all jewellery to prevent it pull at fine material. We ask that you treat these dresses with the utmost respect please.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please simply place a new order for the new item you would like.

How long will my return take to process?

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of us receiving the goods back in our studio, however in some busy periods this may take longer. We will do our best to process them as soon as possible for you.

Items not available to return:

Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund any earrings. Please note, Garment bags are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

We’re so sorry if something’s not right with your order. If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Please don’t return the item before contacting us, you won’t be expected to cover return costs if the issue is on our end.
