Simply complete the Returns Form here and send back to the address on the form.

 

Returns Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges for any items you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 30 days of the date you received it.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty.

Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Six Stories so we recommend you return items using a tracked service. 

Please be very careful when trying products on as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains, makeup or hairs on.

If you do not comply with the above please then do not send your items back to us, please email hello@sixstories.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchanges

Write the new size/colour on the Returns Form and we will ship the new item out to you free of charge ☺️ Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item.

How long will my return take to process?

We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 14 days of us receiving the goods back in our studio, however in some busy periods this may take longer. We will do our best to process them as soon as possible for you.

Items not able to be returned

Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any earrings.

Faulty items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email hello@sixstories.co.uk providing images of the item.
