*Please note all VIP tickets are now SOLD OUT but general entry is free, just come along on the day! 

Q: Do I need a ticket to attend?
A: No, general entry is free! But if you managed to get yourself a VIP ticket, it will guarantee a 1-hour shopping slot with perks like private changing room access, 1:1 styling support, and a luxe goodie bag!

Q: How do I buy a VIP ticket?
A: All VIP tickets have now sold out.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t come?
A: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q: Can I bring someone with me?
A: Yes! VIP ticket holders can bring up to 2 guests to help them try on and shop.

⏰ ON THE DAY

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: If you’re a VIP please arrive just 10–15 minutes before your booked slot. You’ll be checked in by your colour-coded wrist band dedicated to your time slot. 

Q: What if I miss my time slot?
A: Due to the limited nature of VIP access, we can’t guarantee entry outside of your scheduled hour.

Q: Can I queue early for general access?
A: Yes! General admission opens at 10am, and the first 50 in line get an exclusive free goodie bag.

Q: What time should general admission arrive?
A: Whilst we don’t want to cause chaos, from experience we had a queue from 6am. We’re doing things a bit differently this year, limiting changing rooms to only ticket holders so we can keep the flow of people moving so we anticipate a faster flow through the queue.

Q: What can you expect from the day?
A: For one weekend only, we are giving our gorgeous Brides & Bridesmaids the opportunity to purchase our perfectly imperfect bestselling Bridesmaid Dresses, and iconic Bride-to-be styles.

Q: What does an imperfect Bridesmaid Dress mean?
A: Small snags, fixable ladders, and washable marks can be expected, imperfections that are too much to go back into stock but what we would still wear without hesitation! In an effort to be as sustainable as possible, give you guys a chance to grab a MASSIVE bargain, and have some fun, we’re bringing over 2500 products out of our warehouse into a gorgeous space in the heart of London to try on and take away the same day.

👗 WHAT TO EXPECT

Q: What sizes will be available?
A: As it’s a sample sale, stock will be mixed and limited. We can’t guarantee specific sizes or styles.

Q: Can I try items on?
A: Only VIP ticket holders will have access to changing rooms. General access is browse-and-buy only.

Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: Unfortunately all items purchased in the sample sale will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Q: Will there be accessories or bridal merch too?
A: Yes! Expect a selection of occasionwear, bridal merch, and accessories but when it’s gone, it’s gone.
