As we are a small business and work with local suppliers, we are experiencing slightly longer processing times at the moment. All items are currently still available and we're working to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. We aim to to ship non personalised items within 3 working days.
All items that are made to order or personalised will take longer and vary depending on the product, please check item descriptions for specific info.
Any items that are made to order will specify on the item's page exactly how long it will take to make. Please get in touch if you have any questions on made to order items.
We shipped using a tracked service on all orders unless stated otherwise:
- UK - Tracked 48 hour service
- Europe - Tracked 3-5 working days
- International - Tracked 4-7 working days

We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your items. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 working days from receiving your items, quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process.
Once items are returned to us, you will be entitled to receive a refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are refunding an item that was purchased with free shipping, we will refund the amount minus the cost to ship it to you. We will let you know this amount before processing the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders that have been made to measure or customised in any way.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty.
Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Six Stories Limited unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a Six Stories employee at the studio.
If you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment of the new item.

Please note we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, returns or refunds on items that have been personalised or made to order.
